This policy covers this website. It does not cover the separate websites of the other Miller family companies, which publish their own policies.

We collect the information you choose to give us. That happens when you submit the Request a Bid form or the contact form, or when you email or call us directly. Depending on the form, that information can include:

We use what you send us to respond to your bid request or inquiry, to prepare a number, and to talk with you about the project. That is the whole purpose.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a bid, and we do not use your project details for anything unrelated to answering you.

We also use website analytics to understand which pages people read and how they found us. Analytics tells us things like which capability pages get the most attention. It is reporting on traffic patterns, not on you personally, and we do not use it to build a profile of individual visitors.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We may share information when we need to in order to do the work you asked about, for example with a project owner, general contractor, or subcontractor on the same job, and where the law requires it.

We keep bid requests and project correspondence for as long as it is useful to the project and to our business records. Construction bids are frequently revisited months or years later, and past scope informs future pricing, so we do not delete this on a short cycle.

If you would like us to delete your inquiry and we are not required to keep it, contact us and we will do that.

This site is served over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

This is a business-to-business site for municipalities, utilities, network operators, and developers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
